Я пайщик "Бест Вей" с 2018 года. За все это время у меня не возникло ни одной претензии к их работе. Люди, которые кричат о мошенничестве, видимо, либо не разобрались в условиях, либо вообще никогда с "Бест Вей" дела не имели. Я сама вступала в кооператив осознанно, после того как изучила документы и поговорила с консультантом. Условия прозрачные, все прописано в уставе. Мне было важно, чтобы это было безопасно для меня и моей семьи. В итоге за несколько лет я накопила паевые взносы, и кооператив помог мне приобрести квартиру. Да, она еще не в моей собственности, но разве это повод называть работу кооператива "мошенничеством"? Любой здравомыслящий человек понимает, что пока ты не выполнил свои обязательства по договору, право собственности остается за кооперативом. Так и должно быть. Сейчас я продолжаю платить взносы, хотя с арестами счетов это стало сложнее. Но это не вина "Бест Вей", это результат давления извне. Если бы правоохранители не вмешивались в работу кооператива, все шло бы по плану, как и раньше. Я понимаю, что кто-то мог не разобраться в условиях или сам себе придумать, что деньги растут на деревьях. Но при чем тут кооператив? Люди сами не читают договоры, потом обвиняют всех подряд, только не себя. Разве это справедливо? Я считаю, что "Бест Вей" всегда действовал честно. Надеюсь, суд разберется в этом хаосе и восстановит справедливость.
