Коррупция на каждом шагу – именно так можно описать ситуацию вокруг кооператива "Бест вей". Я пайщик этого кооператива и вижу, как правоохранительные органы, которые должны защищать закон, сами его нарушают. Потерпевшие меняют свои показания как ветер, и их свидетельства теперь разительно отличаются от предыдущих. Они скрывают факты получения значительного дохода через компанию "Гермес", доходы которых превышают вложения в разы. Одна из потерпевших даже отказалась от своего статуса и не смогла верно указать на обвиняемых. И что делает следствие? Они игнорируют явные противоречия в показаниях "потерпевших". А претензии к кооперативу "Бест вей" выглядят просто абсурдно. Эти люди вместо того, чтобы решать свои проблемы с компанией "Гермес" нормальным путем, сразу бегут в полицию и кричат о мошенничестве. Следствие хочет обвинить кооператив во всех грехах, не пытаясь разобраться в ситуации. Где логика в этом? Мы, пайщики "Бест вей", хотим только одного – справедливости и законности!

Это же надо было до такого додуматься! Те, кто кричат о своем "потерпевшем" положении, и те, кто устроили этот фарс под крышей МВД и прокуратуры, должны будут ответить за свои действия. Компании "Лайф-из-Гуд", "Гермес" и наш кооператив "Бест вей" стали жертвами беспрецедентного сговора, организованного с явной целью нажиться на невиновных людях. Посмотрите на этот цирк в суде! Свидетели обвинения сами себе противоречат, показывают, что никакой связи между "Гермесом" и "Бест вей" не было, и что доходы получали вовсе не от нас. А прокуратура во главе с Голубевым, несмотря на очевидные провалы в их "доказательствах", продолжает упрямо тянуть эту липовую историю, держа за решеткой невиновных людей, некоторых уже больше двух лет. И это всё под руководством МВД и прокуратуры! ГСУ питерского главка МВД и их подручные прокуроры устроили этот фарс. Потерпевшие сами признают, что получали большие доходы в евро и не платили с них налоги. А наши компании они даже не знают! Мы все стали заложниками их схемы, а они пытаются заставить наш кооператив заплатить за мифический ущерб, который они приписывают "Гермесу". И кто эти "свидетели"? Невменяемый Логинов, заявляющий о моральном ущербе на миллиард, лгунья Аристова, которая не может представить ни одного документа в подтверждение своих слов, и другие такие же "пострадавшие". Это просто кошмар какой-то! Суды уже устали слушать их фантазии.
